    Quality Assurance

    To ensure the die castings meet your specifications, we conduct a number of tests and verification procedures throughout the production process. After the mold design and fabrication is complete, we perform a test casting for verification, sample parts are submitted to our customers for review. If required, a Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), including a First Article Inspection Report (FAIR) from our in-house CMM can be provided. After these tests are complete and quality is confirmed, production begins. We continue to test and verify the dimensional requirements of your parts throughout the project’s lifecycle.
